Stunning Views and Great Service
The location is absolutely breathtaking, with views of Grey Lake and the glaciers right from our room. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed, and the food was exceptional—especially the breakfast, which included fresh local fruits and pastries. We booked an excursion through the hotel that was well-organized and enjoyable, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One minor downside was the limited Wi-Fi in busy hours, which could be improved.

amazing access to glacier views and hiking trails
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, especially because the view of Glacier Grey was just breathtaking and it was only about a 35-minute walk to the Mirador Lago Grey, making it perfect for a leisurely day of exploration in nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

Stunning mountain views from the hotel.
The lack of WiFi in the rooms was infuriating. I couldn't communicate with my family back home or even check travel details. The single physical key made it more inconvenient since one of us could get locked out. The bathroom setup was poorly designed. the garbage can couldn't handle the toilet paper properly. Overall, my expectations were not met at all with the amenities provided.

Comfortable room, stunning view, with great amenities like free wi-fi in public areas and a lovely bar area where we enjoyed a delicious charcuterie board while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
Everything was exceptional.

Stunning views define this property, and the boat trip to the glacier was truly unforgettable. However, the customer service was inadequate. I faced issues with a double charge for a transfer that remains unresolved a couple of months later. Furthermore, I experienced a major hiccup with luggage transfer, leading to a long wait without my belongings. While the comfortable rooms and included breakfast were highlights, the service shortcomings overshadowed these positives.

We had a fantastic time exploring the glacier and the nearby trails with friends. The location is perfect, and the dining experience was top-notch. Just a heads up, transportation options can be limited, so plan ahead. Highly recommend checking out the tour desk for excursions if you're looking to adventure!
Our only downside was the small size of the room. we wished it was a bit larger for our group. Still, we weren't in there much.
